Travel Documents
The motorway can be entered from any of the tollbooths of the interconnected network, making it possible to cross neighbouring stretches of motorway operated by different companies, with a single payment upon reaching the destination.
The ordinary ticket contains data on the station of entry, the day, time and class of entry on a magnetic strip. These data are necessary for correct execution of the toll payment transaction at the exit station.
To this end, the customer is asked to take a few minimum precautions to avoid loss or damage to the ticket during the journey, i.e. by putting it in a safe place, not folding it or exposing it to heat or magnetic sources.
In the event of ticket loss or failure to collect a ticket, a Toll Non-Payment Report is issued at the exit station for the route corresponding to the farthest interconnected station, as stipulated in Art. 176(16), of the current Italian Highway Code.
Nonetheless, users have the right to prove their entry station.

A TRANSIT CERTIFICATE is issued on exit in the dedicated automatic or cash lanes by pressing the appropriate button.

It is possible to settle the balance of a Toll Non-Payment Report in cash, within 15 days from the date of transit and without any surcharge, at the CISA Points, at CISA bus stations with an operator, or at the Service Centres of other participating companies of the MUTUAL AGREEMENT. The balance may also be paid by postal payment slip no. 14381438 or bank transfer using IBAN IT 68 E 0623012700000036886553, entering the vehicle registration number and the reference number of the Toll Non-Payment Report.
